Long Beach, Indiana Pool 1 Planned Environment Associates is excited to present the 'Long Beach, Indiana Pool 1' , a beautiful outdoor living transformation for our valued client. Located in the lovely town of Long Beach, this greatly enhanced outdoor living space integrates tasteful landscaping and a wonderful poolside environment which demonstrates our focus on quality and design innovation. From the beginning, our design team carefully planned every aspect of the , incorporating stone coping and a custom tile mosaic that integrates beautifully around the perimeter of the pool. Surrounding the pool area, a collection of native plant species that are well-suited to the local climate will provide year-round beauty while minimizing water consumption. Additionally, the use of permeable pavers is aesthetically pleasing to complement the pool, and it also helps with the drainage issues we faced on the property. A primary challenge of this involved the site's slope and the need to create the required grade for the pool and lounging areas. Our team addressed this challenge with creative site engineering and grading, by incorporating a series of retaining walls built with boulders that were sourced locally; as a result, this design feature was integrated beautifully into the landscape. The retaining walls also provided stability and create a rustic atmosphere that complements the area. The final product is stunning! The ambiance created by the rippling sound of the water features and lush plants surrounding the pool creates an invitation for relaxation and enjoyment. The client was delighted with the results, calling it their oasis, the perfect blend of luxurious space and the outdoors.
