The Bellville is a thorough overhaul of the outdoor space in the center of Bellville that we designed to meet the homeowner's aspirations and lifestyle needs. We combined beautiful hardscaping and softscaping elements in the . We used top quality materials in the , including natural stone pavers for a well constructed patio and walkway combined with a magnificent and supportive a retaining wall to provide structural and visual beauty. We also included many native plants to ensure that there was a low maintenance and sustainable environment that would benefit the ecosystem of the area. One of the challenges we faced was the slope of the property which took strategic planning in the installation process. Our professional staff graded the ground and created solutions to ensure proper drainage which would prevent water pooling. The end result is a peaceful outdoor retreat that includes a custom fire pit surrounded by an abundance of plants, flower beds that bloom with colors throughout the seasons, and a background sound from the water feature and plants. The homeowner was excited at the transformation and the fact that the newly landscaped area was a reflection of their lifestyle, added aesthetic appeal to their home, and they could enjoy for years to come.
