Baaz Property by The Landscaping People, Inc. The Baaz Property was completed by The Landscaping People, Inc. and showcases our commitment to transforming residential outdoor areas into beautiful spaces. Located in the buzzing City of Pembroke Pines, this particular has reflected the craftsmanship and style our Brookfield clients expect throughout the areas we serve, from Davie to Fort Lauderdale to Weston and beyond. In our earliest consult, we spotted the opportunity to create a whole new outdoor room brimming with greenery and warmth. The varying terrain provided some challenges, with some spots not providing adequate sunlight while others were too lopsided. Our landscape architects and designers created a tiered garden design, ultimately providing for the best drainage, while still allowing our chosen plants to soak up the sun! Our native plant palette includes vibrant Bougainvillea and sweet-smelling Jasmine strategically located to provide a "quilt" or "tapestry" of color throughout the seasons. We also laid a custom stone pathway created from coral stone found close to home. Not only is this pathway ecofriendly, as it is natural to the surrounding county and town, and allows the landscape to look as if it has always existed, but the vegetation will grow all around it over time. This spans to the beautifully furnished seating space, complete with a pergola we designed and built, allowing the home owners to relax outdoors and entertain with friends amongst their new outdoor "room." Afterwards, we installed a drip irrigation system, keeping things sustainable and ultimately using less water, while still preventing any desiccation of the plantings. Finally, we installed LED ambient lighting, spilling a warm light onto the landscape at night allowing for even more enjoyment of the landscape at night! What came ? Pure delight at the instantiation of a beautiful outdoor oasis, a space that reflects the client's comfort and influences their outdoor experience.
