About This Project

GardenArt Walls and Driveways At GardenArt, we have recently finished an elegant landscaping d 'Walls and Driveways' in the communities of Lafayette and West Lafayette. This blacktop job was more than just beautification, it was turning outdoor spaces into functional art. Varying heights and designs of sleek stone retaining walls made from natural limestone, quarried within the territory, to be dressed and pillared, were built for longevity and looks. These walls were carefully engineered and installed by our talented team to support the landscape, but also to create interesting tiers that broke up the views of the well-manicured property. In addition to the walls, we installed an eye-catching permeable driveway to complement the walkways of the same interlocking pavers that make up the walls, to mitigate surface runoff in a greener fashion. The site was on one of the steepest hilltops that has given us one of the biggest challenges. We used innovative engineering techniques to ensure that the islands were stable and the drainage works, as heavy rains could have caused major issues. Everything was designed carefully, and the walls and driveway flowed seamlessly with the landscape of the property. The outcome is a beautiful metamorphosis that delighted the client. While the strength from the wall was fast, the line that stood on there variations path up the driveway gave an additional measure of functionality to the aesthetically beautiful piece that is the driveway itself. Our clients were thrilled with the enhancements as they offered not only an inviting approach but also a tranquil outdoor escape.
