This involves the complete transformation of the existing backyard into a restful oasis that complements and features the natural outdoors yet still provides a contemporary feel and meets the desires and expectations of our client. Our work stretches from Bel Air to Santa Clarita, and while the was located in Los Angeles, the has been designed to work as an oasis in the local environment. This features a rectangular shaped pool, lined with contemporary porcelain tiles that were expertly selected for their high quality and slip resistance, basking in the sun and creating a wonderful shimmer. The waterfall element was created using natural stone materials, and it tumbles gently into the adjoining pool, creating a relaxing sound, enhancing the experience of being outdoors. We used sustainable landscape materials, focusing on native plants, and the vibrant colors of succulents that looked stunning with the contemporary feel of the pool and waterfall. We faced challenges with the slopes of the yard as well as previous drainage issues. Craftsmen on our team used innovative means to bring this to life, ensuring not only the longevity of the structure, but also the function of the features in what we built. This backyard space exceeded expectations. It was an oasis to enjoy, and an incredible area for family gatherings - with a stunning pool to enjoy. The Pacific Outdoor Living design team prides itself on both quality and attention to the smallest on the pool transforming the property into both a place that felt amazing yet also a beautiful outdoor living space providing both the social element, but also the aspect of escape into nature. Furthermore, the client was incredibly happy to enjoy their new space which finally provided both the escape yet modern luxury that made it feel like a vacation home each day.
