The tight space was nothing new for existing garages, but this brought its challenges, demanding a solution that developed various elements to fit the tight confines while remaining an attractive addition to the home. A tasteful modern fibreglass pool configuration was designed and skillfully installed by our team, providing both an outstanding amenity as well as a magnificent view point leading into the scenery. We incorporated quality materials, with a natural stone coping and pavers that looked good with all the landscaping. A good design integrates tiered decking and built-in seating for sun-worshipping and socialising. A few strategically placed plantingsnative shrubs, ornamental grasses, and the likenot only lends privacy by screening views from the street, but also provides color and texture all year round. This had its share of challenges, ranging from site drainage issues to existing utilities; thus, we focused heavily on pre-planning and follow through. It is the sum result that provides a retreat retaining the lifestyle feel within a compact space. The client was delighted with the refurbishment and expressed that the space had become a personal retreat being utilised for family events and lazy Sunday afternoons.
