'Backyard Landscaping' is a recent addition that reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail; we completed a full overhaul of the backyard of a residential property in Plymouth that focused both on design and functionality. This features a large patio constructed with natural stone pavers that created a functional and visually stunning surface for an outdoor gathering. A custom fire pit was created with surrounding seating to allow cozy evenings star-gazing. We spaced vibrant, native plants throughout the landscape in order to incorporate biodiversity while providing easy maintenance. A crushed granite pathway meanders to a pond, adding to the tranquil space that, we were told, our customer always dreamed of. During the design process, we noticed that a challenge would be the slope of the backyard. The existing slope was conducive for a less-than-ideal amount of standing water, which generates erosion. Our experienced team designed a gentle terracing to ensure drainage and also provide visual interest. The final product was staggering. Our clients were excited their metamorphosed outdoor oasis that met their needs of beauty and functionality. They now have a vibrant space to entertain their family and friends and a serene getaway to enjoy the outdoors.
