The Avery Ranch Renovation project in Austin, TX, epitomizes modern elegance and functionality, transforming a dated home into a vibrant and inviting space. The renovation encompassed a comprehensive update of the kitchen, living room, and bedroom, showcasing Tier1's commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative design. In the kitchen, we replaced the tired flooring with contemporary options that enhance the overall aesthetic. The existing cabinetry was revitalized through a professional painting process, while new hardware and a stylish backsplash provided a cohesive look that ties the space together. We also introduced additional lighting by installing new canned lights, complemented by a strategically placed window behind the new hood vent, which brings in natural light and brightens the cooking area. The living room underwent a significant transformation, where we removed an outdated mantle and tile surround, replacing it with a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone veneer. This upgrade not only modernized the fireplace but also created a striking focal point within the room. To enhance the architectural interest, we framed and installed three rustic beams across the ceiling, adding depth and character to the space. Custom cabinetry was also built to address the homeowner's storage needs, seamlessly integrating style and function. The bedroom received a playful yet sophisticated update with custom gray and yellow stripes painted on the walls, creating a lively atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The flooring throughout the first floor was uniformly replaced, providing a seamless flow from room to room.
