The West Balcones project exemplifies a meticulous transformation of a home originally constructed in 1954, with subsequent additions in the 1980s and 2015. Upon acquisition, our clients discovered that beneath the polished exterior laid structural challenges that required careful attention and expertise to resolve. Over a four-year period, Urbane Design undertook a comprehensive renovation journey that not only addressed these foundational issues but also aligned the home with the owners’ unique lifestyle and aesthetic preferences. Our approach began with thorough concept development and space planning to ensure that each area of the home was functional and reflective of the clients’ needs.
