TRANQUILITY by Yolac & Lloyd Landscape Design Basked in the picturesque tones of palm desert, the 'TRANQUILITY' sees Yolac & Lloyd Landscape Design transform a mundane backyard into something quite remarkable. Inspired to bring you the perfect mix of nature and serenity, our team proudly serves the beautiful regions of Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, North Palm Springs, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and surrounding areas. This challenging was all the careful orchestration of multi-leveled landscapes filled with native plantings, relaxing water features, and functional outdoor spaces. To ensure sustainability while beautifying the landscape, we included drought-resistant plants like agaves, desert marigolds, and ocotillo. The property was extremely hilly, which posed a challenge. Complicated topography of the property was approached by our team with the construction of terraced garden beds to create visual appeal and functional planting and relaxing spaces. We also laid down an immaculate stone path that meanders across the yard and eventually takes you to a small garden lounge, enclosed by blossoming jasmine and bougainvillea trees. We included a custom-built pond with a waterfall as a water feature and focal point of the area, which supplies both sound and ambience to provide a relaxing environment. Native natural stone and local material use also made the construction more authentic and a part of the landscape. And the end product was nothing short of a dream for our clientan oasis encapsulating serenity. Thoughtfully designed, high-quality materials, and ultimately a landscape that suits their needs and surpasses their expectations.
