The client wanted to create an oasis of tranquillity and our designers designed three large ponds, each with its own style to suit the landscaping around. The pond borders are built using high-quality and natural stone so that they can blend well with the greenery surrounding them. Custom waterfalls built from local boulders adorn the ponds, providing relaxing sounds while also enhancing local wildlife habitat. There were a few challenges we tackled as we wove our way along to solution land, including the existing topography where the water will flow in and around but also the water itself; we want to keep the waters perfectly clear, so we have extremely high quality, efficient circulation in every part of the lake system. To navigate these challenges, our talented team of engineers rose to the occasion via creative engineering by utilizing innovative filtration techniques that incorporate modern filtration systems as well as utilizing strategically placed aquatic plants which strike a balance between design considerations and ecological requirements. The end-product is simply stunning. It is a virtual masterpiece of ponds, filled with koi, lilies, and native flora that attract local fauna for an idyllic effect.
