McClemore by Providence Landscaping, LLC The McClemore , located in the heart of East Griffin, offers a twofold approach to landscaping by creating a beautiful outdoor living space while respecting the natural surroundings. At the start of the , our team was faced with a hill that limited usable space and had drainage issues. With careful planning and creative design, we created tiered garden beds and a custom retaining wall using locally sourced natural stone. The wall not only aided in drainage but also added visual diversity and created small pods of planting vibrant plants. We carefully selected a diverse group of native plants that are tough and low maintenance to maximize sustainability and beauty year-round. We created a meandering path using permeable pavers from the driveway to the backyard to promote healthy water runoff while allowing for easy access to outdoor living features of the home. The custom built fire pit area is one of the important features of the McClemore , as it is surrounded by seating that will encourage the family to gather with family and friends on an evening under a summer sky and with ambient lighting that gently illuminates the area while providing an enchanting feel to the night time landscape features. The final product is a beautiful landscape that not only enhances the home but also becomes a wonderful semi-private retreat. Our attention to quality craftsmanship and detail turned the property into a true outdoor living space. McClemore encourages great enthusiasm and joy in the family as they live in their wonderful home.
