Glenpool Residence Outdoor Living This , completed by StudioScape, PLLC, captures a fusion of nature and modern design to elevate Tulsa homeowners' outdoor space. This converted a previously underutilized backyard into a beautiful sanctuary featuring a multi-functional patio, cozy gardens, and relaxing water features. The design work began with a thorough site inventory and analysis to assess some of the site's unique challenges with topography and existing vegetation. We successfully navigated these conditions through a tiered approach to the landscaping and with material choices like natural stone for the patio and retaining walls. These materials provided stability but also made the space enjoyable and visually engaging. The custom-built pergola is the central element of the outdoor living space. It provides a shaded haven from the sun's rays for gathering and entertaining and climber vines enhance its aesthetic qualities. The patio is connected to the home through a variety of native plants relating to the gardens and ornamental grasses that support local inhabitation, provide seasonal interest, and ultimately improve the biodiversity of the area. Lastly, the water feature also enhances the peacefulness of the overall experience, with its composure provided by a gentle waterfall. Our mission to provide a high-quality product is clearly illustrated through the incredible levels of detail in everything from the stonework to the plant selection. Undoubtedly, the result surpassed the client's expectations and they can now share their beautiful and functional outdoor oasis to entertain family and friends.
