Rooftops by Synthetic Lawns of Miami Synthetic Lawns of Miami is excited to showcase 'Rooftops,' an innovative landscaping that transformed urban outdoor space. This was located in the heart of Miami and involved transforming an old rooftop into an exciting and lively oasis. The main focus of this was to provide high-end synthetic turf that is environmentally friendly, carefully installed to look and feel like a lush green carpet to simulate the beauty of natural grass without all the fuss. Native plants added points of color and texture. The plants served a dual purposethey added a vibrancy to the and strengthened local biodiversity. One of the major obstacles we encountered was ensuring drainage on the roof but maintaining a level surface for the turf. Our team resolved this with careful drainage systems and a proprietary engineered base to ensure the durability of the installation. Lastly, the end result was a truly magnificent roof-top escape, with comfy seating areas, beautiful planters, and unique lighting that promotes relaxation and gathering. Our client was thrilled to have their own "dream come true," giving them a unique escape from their living area, as well as increasing the value of their property.
