Lexus Ann Arbor Courtesy Patio Apex Landscape and Brick Services LLC, a landscape and masonry contractor, is pleased to announce the completion of the 'Lexus Ann Arbor Courtesy Patio,' a beautiful custom outdoor space created to elevate the customer experience at the Lexus dealership in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the surrounding areas of Canton, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Livonia, Northville, Novi, and Plymouth. The Lexus An Arbor Courtesy Patio features a stylish combination of natural stone pavers with decorative concrete, chosen for their durability and beauty, outlined by attractive native landscaping including ornamental grasses and flowering perennials that display color and texture throughout the year while requiring minimal maintenance. An efficient irrigation system was also planned for optimal plant/perennial performance while adapting to varying Michigan weather conditions. One of the main challenges was that the site consisted of an uneven area. Our skilled team worked to grade the site to create an overall level foundation for a well-designed layout using a combination of safe transitions between edges, seating areas, and pathways to the patio. Pathway and seating ambient lighting was also included for safety purposes as well as for enhancing the charm of the patio during the evening hours. The end result is a combination of function and beauty that has comfortable seating areas for clients to engage, relax, and enjoy themselves while waiting for their vehicles.
