The Spring Lake Revival project beautifully transformed a charming vacation home that had long been a rental property into a personal retreat for our clients. Nestled in the picturesque Spring Lake, NJ, this renovation began with a clear vision: to create a warm, inviting space that reflected the coastal lifestyle while offering modern comforts. The project encompassed a comprehensive renovation, focusing on overall design enhancements and the creation of custom furnishings that resonated with the beach environment. At the heart of the family room, we designed a stunning gas fireplace that serves as a focal point and a cozy gathering spot for cooler summer evenings. The fireplace features a façade crafted from white painted brick, complemented by intricate custom millwork and elegant Carrara marble, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. The design palette throughout the home embraced shades of white, soft grey, blue, and brown, evoking the tranquility of the nearby shoreline. To add depth and texture to the serene color scheme, we incorporated a variety of materials that reflect the coastal setting. Elements such as driftwood, blue stone, white shag, burlap, sisal, and sheer linen were thoughtfully selected to enhance the aesthetic appeal while ensuring a cohesive flow throughout the space.
