The CLS was a modern design that incorporated plenty of synthetic grass for aesthetic appeal and low maintenance for the busy homeowners of Dallas. Our team used the highest quality grade of artificial turf that looks great, stands up to daily use, and has a realistic look and feel for year-round appeal. An important aspect of this was the incorporation of flower beds made of colorful native plants. The native plants that were used in the landscaping add to the aesthetics while supporting native ecosystems and maximizing biodiversity. The bright bursts of color allowed for the use of various drought-resistant plants that could withstand the Dallas conditions, are less maintenance-intensive, and require less watermaking it an eco-friendly type of landscaping. One issue that provided a challenge was due to the slope of the property. Due to the challenging slopes of the yard, this required grading, topsoil amendments, and adjustments to create a level surface for installation. Our expert installation team planned and executed the proper grading to establish a level surface so that the finished not only provided a great appearance and customer satisfaction. In the end, this culminated in an amazing outdoor oasis that the customer loved and enjoyed having multiple areas to relax, with seating in shaded areas, a nice stone path and lighting that elevated the landscape in the evenings to enhance the beauty during night-time.
