This overall landscape was carefully designed and installed to create a low maintenance, eco-friendly yard that worked to compliment Mary’s vision. A key aspect of this was premium synthetic grass installation. We selected a top-of-the-line, highly realistic looking turf that not only looked great but helps provide an all-year-round lush green lawn and took away the need for watering, mowing, and chemicals. This is a great way to reduce water usage and upkeep costs while also being an environmentally friendly option. In addition to synthetic grass, we added a range of native plantings, which were strategically placed to provide seasonal bloom and support the local pollinator population. Drought resistant plants were selected for resiliency in the Dallas climate, along with being a great way to provide long-term color with less upkeep. During installation, we encountered challenges, such as uneven terrain and an outdated irrigation system. However, we carefully leveled the ground and installed a new efficient water-saving system to ensure all plants get adequate hydration, while simultaneously taking advantage of the new system to provide flow and great style. Taking these measures not only added to the functionality of the overall landscape, but also provided a more cohesive look. The end result is a cohesive outdoor oasis where Mary can relax and entertain. Mary has been thrilled with the outcome. A lush synthetic grass area, a vibrant color of native plants, along with a remarkable irrigation system have helped elevate her yard to a showcase yard.
