'Landscape Renovation 2018' Each year we have repeat clients in the Lancaster areas of Bausman, Brownstown, and Lititz, who ask us to reshape their existing outdoor spaces. Fundamentally, this illustrated our high standards of workmanship and design. The renovation included landscape gardens with a visual impact with a stunning mix of native plants that contributed to the local biodiversity. A combination of select types of hardscaping materialscustom decorative boulders, stone pathways, etc. sourced within 30 mileswas added to shape some of the outdoor spaces to be both aesthetically compelling and utilizable. In this design, they also included a wonderful water feature, which provided soothing water sounds and also an element of interest to the land. During the , we were met with challenges including the already existing drainage problem and uneven land. Our overall plan carefully mitigated these challenges by provision of an efficient grading plan with an underground drainage system ensuring long-term stability and performance. The end product was an amazing outdoor paradise with greenery, bright colors and stunning structures that all harmonized with the environment to create a delightful living oasis for our clients. This change not only improved the property’s curb appeal but also offered a tranquil setting for our clients to relax and entertain.
