The goal was to seamlessly improve outdoor living spaces while maximizing functionality and elegance, turning an area that was not used much directly into an oasis of relaxation and entertainment. The included a collection of stylish, weather-resistant furniture made of sustainably sourced teak and powder-coated aluminum. These materials were not only durable, but they provided an effortless relationship to the green spaces surrounding the home. The furnishings included a variety of lounge chairs, a dining table that could seat six or eight, and arrangements of seating for gatherings and quiet evenings. The biggest challenge we faced was the uneven surface of the client’s backyard, which limited the furniture and accessibility of the area. Our professional team leveled the surface and established a solid base with permeable pavers, allowing for drainage while maintaining a sleek appearance. The planters were also integrated into the furniture arrangement, planted with native plants that grow well in Philadelphia's climate to create the finishing touch. The client was thrilled with the outcome, with a finished that turned their outdoor area into a beautifully cohesive space for style and comfort.
