Hillside Garden, Newton The Hillside Garden is the result of a wonderful transformation we love to share with you, and we thank our partner in landscape, CBA Landscape Architects, LLC. Showcasing our skill in creating functional landscapes around outdoor spaces, this is located in the charming town of Newton. Custom native plantings, stone pathways and seasonal flower beds complement the natural slopes of the land with the Hillside Garden. The retaining walls are made from granite with good strength and same landscape manner that is processed locally. To address this, we used terracing that gave structural support for years to come, but also created appealing levels for planting that matched the topography of the site. An especially attractive feature of this was a custom water feature, Create aesthetically pleasing and inviting focal points for wildlife. With the gentle trickling sounds of a water feature a fixture that brings tranquility and beckons residents to unwind in an outdoor sanctuary. We also added energy-efficient landscape lighting that showcases the features of the yard in the evening to make the garden accessible throughout the seasons. The uphill battle was not just metaphorical; our team spent the entirety of the tackling steep slopes and differing soil conditions. These challenges could have sounded alarm bells and stamped the garden into the ground before it has even given rise to its potential green glory, however, through a combination of thoughtful planning and innovative solutions, we managed to avert disaster and fortify the future of the garden. The completed is an elegant, low-maintenance garden that honours the desires of the client while keeping the overall nature of the site.
