Wilkes Residence All Seasons Gardening and Landscaping is excited to showcase the Wilkes Residence, a stunning example of landscape design in scenic San Luis Obispo County. We remain honored to be entrusted with a that is both beautiful in terms of design and functionality, while remaining conscientious of our surroundings. After a thorough consultation with the client to assess their objectives, it was clear that their vision included a peaceful, outdoor oasis that complemented their contemporary home. Our design team thoroughly designed a functional outdoor escape with drought-resistant native plants, a custom stone walkway, and a serene water feature which served as a focal point for the garden. We took on the challenge of working within the site's existing topography and ensured proper drainage and soil health. All Seasons' professional landscapers evaluated the materials, and selected locally sourced flagstone and decomposed granite for a custom environment with natural elements of the site, and architectural components of the home. The plant palette included vibrant plant selections of succulents, ornamental grasses, and flowering perennials which have color and texture throughout the seasons. An efficient irrigation system was installed to further advance our commitment to sustainability by minimizing water use while maximizing garden health. The end product created an intentional space that represented the Wilkes family's lifestyles and appreciation for nature. The finished product is an outstanding landscape that enhanced the function of their yard- adding beauty and significantly, value to their property. The clients loved their new space and expressed joy having their own sanctuary right outside the door!
