Pavers by Gold Star Landscaping Gold Star Landscaping presents the 'Pavers' , a creative and beautiful transformation in the heart of Franklin. The identifed an outdoor area of a residential property which is often used solely as an expanision of the home that the owners wanted to improve, achieving purposed efficacy without compromising aesthetics. We selected a high-quality concrete interlocking paver which is durable and recognized for timeless designs. The ultimately resolved how outdoor space could enhance the home and provide a space to host family gatherings and entertain guests. The began with a comprehensive site evaluation, addressing all existing water drainage issues. After we conducted the site evaluation, we dug out the area and implemented grading to avoid water pooling and enhance the longevity of the pavers we would install. The selected color gradients of natural stone tones blended nicely with the existing home architecture, leveraging overall curb appeal. As we were making progress, the challenge of uneven existing grade came to the light. To resolve this, we adopted innovative levelling processes that precluded the effects of water. While addressing the challenges provided by uneven ground, we carefully implemented the fine , including border stones. For the client, the result was better than they could have expected' an expertly constructed outdoor area which achieved significant appreciation in market value for the property and provided a functional space for leisure and entertainment. Craftsmanship, detailed work and customer satisfaction go hand-in-hand, leaving the homeowner thrilled with their new outdoor space.
