Landscaping - Unique by Design | Helen Weis Unique by Design is excited to share the 'Landscaping - Unique by Design' for our client Helen Weis. Located in Oklahoma City, the was a harmonious blend of beauty and functionality, showcasing our passion for re-imagining outdoor spaces into stunning retreats. The included a complete redesign of the previously existing landscape, utilizing native plants and sustainable materials that support biodiversity and low-maintenance. The design masterfully incorporated various hardscape elements, such as stone pathways and retaining walls, to add visual appeal and mitigate drainage issues that had previously existed on the property. The difficult site conditions included a sloped and otherwise uneven yard that offered challenges to plan and execute. Our staff had to grade a large portion of our clients property to allow for a gradual transition between areas of the garden while offering aesthetic flow and accessibility, while also ensuring effective drainage. We included lighting elements that effectively lit the site during the night while presenting beauty and usability for nighttime functions. In the end, we had created a perfect oasis that was everything Helen had imagined, a beautiful lush garden that blended in with the aesthetics of the surrounding area. The selection of drought tolerant plants not only provided a sustainable landscape but had also assisted in the reduction of water use without sacrificing aesthetics, which impressed our environmentally conscious client. The feedback has been fantastic from Helen, who specifically commented on our attention to detail and our willingness to go above and beyond with workmanship like we are known to do. The produced an enhanced curb appeal to her home while also creating a calming outdoor space to unwind and entertain friends and family, transforming the house into a true oasis.
