20th Street Santa Monica As you look at our 20th Street Santa Monica , Lauri Burrier Garden Design Inc. proudly presents this sustainability landscaping , demonstrating function and the beauty of nature in an amazing way. Located in Santa Monica, this shows our commitment to innovative design and quality. The scope of work included a complete renovation of the entire front and back gardens, with a modern xeriscape design, with drought-tolerant planting, where plants such as succulents, lavender, and California native grasses are used in the design. This adds aesthetic value and contributes to sustainability in the dry climate of Southern California. A careful eye was put into hardscape, which included imported flagstone pathways and a custom-designed pond that serves as a feature - a relaxing centerpiece, our team had to face challenges with uneven ground and limited access for heavy equipment but with planning and creativity we were able to manage a stellar installation. The final installation was a beautifully combined use of color and texture, including planting beds that invite the eye, lots of seating, and creative lighting that would turn the garden alive at night. The clients were thrilled with the new , and the feedback included how much the landscape elevated the curb appeal of the property while giving the family an area to relax. This illustrates who we are as a company, and our commitment to allowing excellence in everything we do, creativity, and most importantly, client satisfaction.
