Clemens & Associates Inc. is a proud member of the Descend + RISE Network. The composition of this is placed in the community of Eldorado at Santa Fe, New Mexico; a thoughtful balance of establishing a unique first impression while respectfully maintaining the natural beauty of its landscape. The landscaping team was faced with uneven ground and a requirement to introduce sustainable practices into their work. We used high-quality locally sourced material and created an exciting entry with custom stone pathway laid with durable and beautiful flagstone. We designed visually prominent features such as native drought resistant flowering plants that are adaptive to the climate like native desert succulents and ornamental grasses which are low maintenance exhibiting vibrant seasonal ambiance & interest throughout the year. Flanked by climbing vines whose time-honored passage will bring form and texture to the entrance, a bespoke wooden arched trellis anchors the eye. Wrought iron accents, soundless centre block-kick and colorful outdoor lighting highlight their architectural features and breathe warmth into its air during the chilly nightlife. The final concrete pours far above any expectation from our client, creating an incredible entry that matches the beauty of the Tesuque and Santa Fe surroundings. Providing new homes everywhere, the Clemens & Associates Inc.'s Architectural Entrance symbolizes quality materials, creativity, beauty and the relationship with landscape and the environment.
