The -centric aspects consisted of a large natural stone patio ideal for family events along with a hand-crafted fire pit that fosters warmth and dialogue beneath the sacred starlit skies. By using locally quarried bluestone, we were able to ensure its durability and connection to its surroundings. In addition to aesthetics, native plants and perennials were added for their hardiness and minimal upkeep, ensuring the landscape stays beautiful, all year around. The. challenged by the site layed the site was uneven with parts having to be graded at innovative angles with drainage pipes scattered throughout the area so that water could not gather; this was a necessary step to ensure many of the landscaped elements would be around for years to come. Those challenges were addressed by our talented team with ease, crafting a landscape which balanced both form and function. Nothing familiar, but a stunner in the form of a final product. The kaleidoscope of colors of the handpicked flowers merged seamlessly with the natural hues of the forms around the stonework that made up the landscape like a perfect postcard to everyone in the family get to enjoy. It was more than creating a calming outdoor oasis for the father but a place for a son to grow up and foster memories, further entrenched in family values and overcoming adversity.
