About This Project

Design - Build Landscape for Manor Vail Lodge, Vail, CO Neils Lunceford, Inc. has successfully completed a major landscape renovation at the prestigious Manor Vail Lodge, located in the stunning mountain setting of Vail, Colorado. We designed and constructed the outdoor space with an eye toward blending with the picturesque alpine setting while creating a welcoming outdoor space for guests. The landscape design included native plantings, handsome stone paths, and placid water features that reflect the area's natural beauty. We sourced and incorporated high-quality materials, locally quarried granite and granite boulders, into the design to enhance the overall durability and aesthetic. The use of native species would not only be visually appealing but also support the local ecosystem and provide additional character to the lodge. Adventurous topography with rocky, steep slopes comprised a major challenge associated with the , as is typical in the Vail region. Our staff applied innovative landscaping techniques to stabilize areas on-site, creating terraces to allow for proper drainage while maximizing usable soft scape. Thoughtful consideration was given to efficient and sustainable irrigation with minimal water-use for the high-altitude climate. The finished resulted in a beautiful landscape that enhances a luxe experience at Manor Vail Lodge with rejuvenating outdoor space options, cozy seating areas surrounded with lush plantings and colorful flowers, and an overall beautiful setting. The property was enhanced visually and the experience was enriched immeasurably for the client and their guests. Neils Lunceford, Inc. has continued to elevate the experience of land and use general landscaping principles to ignite positive guest experience in Vail, Summit County, and to all landscapes dounded to have the best pieces for the guests to appreciate.
