The Berkeley by Home & Garden Construction Group Here we have the latest here at Home & Garden Construction Group, The Berkeley where our team is changing the nature of outdoor spaces into the beautiful landscape. This reflects its unique needs in a natural green patch in the heart of the Bay area topography, beautifully tethering topography with the design aesthetics ondeck. Ample features of this extensive landscaping includes a custom stone patio, native plant gardens, and a calming water feature that acts as the centerpiece of the space. We used good materials gained locally stone, timber decking, plant types that require the least water, etc. which ensured sophistication and its sustainability. As we worked our way through the we encountered some difficult aspects to work around like variable ground conditions and existing drainage issues. These challenges were tackled by our team with innovative approaches to grading and drainage, helping us achieve a practical landscape that is also visually appealing. The end product is a seamless mixture of hardscaping and softscaping that both the homeowners enjoy and increases visual appeal of the property. Outdoor space to entertain, hang out, and enjoy nature are now vibrant.
