The patio layout consisted of a large seating area surrounded by custom weatherproof benches that contained outdoor cushions that would be comfortable enough to have your family or friends sitting down for hours relaxing and enjoying. In addition to the extensive patio, there was an outdoor kitchen that consisted of a large cooked granite countertop, a built-in grill, and marble bar top salvaged. We sourced first-class stainless-steel appliances that are functional and had a classic elegant appeal to them. Also integrated into the kitchen area was a 6x8 pergola with climbing vines for shade and an outdoor evening setting. Additionally, race lighting was installed to accentuate the main features of the while providing the night's glow of a warm ambiance. In addition, the team dealt with a gradient toward the backyard community, so the area was leveled for proper installations. Overall, the resulted in a beautiful outdoor entertainment space that the client loves and enjoys. The client found the a luxury and practical improvement that would add enjoyment and function to their outdoor lifestyle but also add significant value to the property for years to come.
