About This Project

In this stunning renovation project located in the prestigious Queensridge community of Las Vegas, our team transformed a partially renovated residence into a contemporary masterpiece that beautifully blends style and function. The centerpiece of this endeavor was the re-engineering of the formal living and dining room wall, where we installed a remarkable 20-foot bi-fold glass wall do. This innovative design not only enhances the entry of natural light but also creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces, making it ideal for entertaining. To further elevate the home's aesthetic, we introduced a fixed window in the master bedroom, allowing for additional sunlight, while the master bathroom underwent a complete overhaul. Retaining the existing vanity cabinets, we reimagined the space with a sophisticated palette of blue and gray tones, complemented by elegant fixtures. The transformation included the removal of an outdated tub and surround, with plumbing relocated to accommodate a luxurious freestanding jetted tub, surrounded by striking gray tile wainscot and blue glass tile accents that embody a modern, glamorous feel. In the kitchen, we removed a separating wall to create a more open layout, which featured the addition of a second island for enhanced functionality. A barn door was installed at the pantry, adding a rustic touch, while we reconfigured the range wall to accommodate a high-end Wolf range, complete with a chimney hood and a convenient pot filler, elevating the culinary experience in this home. Additionally, the project included refreshing the interior with a new paint scheme, converting the casita into a state-of-the-art theater room, and updating multiple light fixtures to reflect contemporary design trends. This extensive renovation not only improved the home's layout and usability but also transformed it into a stylish sanctuary that meets the clients' desires for comfort and elegance in their living space.
