About This Project

Milford 2009 Apex Landscape and Brick Services LLC is excited to showcase the Milford 2009 and, most importantly, what a transformation we accomplished. Situated in Milford, the exhibits the merging of nature and modern design. The completion of this speaks to our attention to detail and our ability to create outdoor spaces that move people. The design called for an entire landscape update, featuring lush planting beds, custom stone walks, and a water feature located near the heart of the property. High-quality materials were utilized, including durable natural stone in the paths and pavers. Some challenges we faced included the property not being level and drainage issues. These challenges were met using creative grading solutions and clever placement of materials and landscape plantings. Design selections incorporated a variety of native plants, that not only encourage local ecosystem, but they will provide year-round interest as well. The selection of plants throughout the space was done purposefully to provide vibrant colors throughout the growing seasons while maintaining sustainability, requiring a minimal amount of maintenance. When we delivered the finished product to the clients, they were ecstatic to have their outdoor space revitalized and were grateful to now have an ape to enjoy and entertain which became an extension of their home.
