Introduction: Color Changing Bulbs by Pfeifer Landscaping Pfeifer Landscaping is pleased to present the Color Changing Bulbs, a spectacular makeover that changed the outdoor appearance for our valued clients throughout the Kansas City area, including clients using Lake Quivira, Leawood, Lenexa, and surrounding areas. This unique married new LED technology with traditional landscape design and created an incredible light display to enhance the beauty of the property after nightfall. The and the star of the show were our color changing bulbs that we used to light the garden paths, accent materials, and vibrant flower color in the beds. The team put a lot of effort into developing layered lighting creating ambient lighting combined with task lighting, which allowed us to provide a welcoming and magical outdoor feeling. We selected high-quality materials, weather-resistant fixtures, and energy-efficient LED lights, yielding long-lasting and sustainable outcomes. One of the challenges that we encountered in the was the terrain of the entire property. The team had to maximize the aesthetics by navigating the slopes of the property with innovation through angled fixtures and custom-built landscape features to provide consistent lighting across the space. Additionally, we planned the install and coordination with plant mats and knew how valuable they were to avoid disturbing established plantings, while also maximizing the lighting to establish a beautiful aesthetic. The final result was simply stunning. After completion, the property was transformed to be a gorgeous oasis setting the stage for warmth and charm. The end goal was to provide flexibility of mood controlled by the homeowners from a quiet night in the garden to a lively gathering of friends and family. The client was thrilled with the amount of detail and successful vision we realized for them.
