House Lawn Care by RH Hilarios Landscaping LLC Here at RH Hilarios Landscaping LLC, we just wrapped up an amazing called, "House Lawn Care." This demonstrated our commitment to quality and customer service throughout the expressive communities of Adelphi, Beltsville, Bowie, and others. This lawn care involved completely converting a residential property to a luscious colorful oasis while simultaneously tackling some special challenges presented by the site's unique existing conditions. Our seasoned landscaping teams of professionals began with a comprehensive assessment of the existing landscape on the property. They identified areas requiring sod replacement, weed remediation and soil aeration, to a few. We selected premium Kentucky Bluegrass sod that provides durability and rich color, allowing our clients an instant green covering that thrives in our local climate. To foster healthy growth of the sod, we added organic compost to the area to enrich the soil and promote healthy root development in the future. One of the significant challenges to this was the sloped topography of the yard which presented drainage issues. We created and implemented a grading plan in which the new lawn would be carefully crafted to promote drainage to a desired area of the yard while avoiding pooling to solve the drainage problem. In addition to the grade issue, we built edging around flower beds and paths to create that defined space with a natural stone material that provided the aesthetic touch of elegance that the client admired. We also included a drip irrigation system in the , allowing for best watering of all plants, without waste. This is an eco-friendly way to use water, and avoid over-watering plants, while also better promoting healthy growth. Our attention to detail and commitment to sustainability made this a true standout. The transformation was stunning as expected, with a rich, green lawn that adds curb appeal to the home and more importantly provides the outdoor space for family gatherings.
