Client: Turf Master Sod Farms Residential Installation Just recently, Turf Master Sod Farms finished the installation on a beautiful residential landscape renovation that was installed on a large landscape that was turned into an outdoor oasis in Fort Collins. Lush sod, beautiful flower beds, and attention-grabbing hardscaping elements combined to showcase our craftsmanship in harmony and design for this . It was top-shelf Kentucky Bluegrass sod that was chosen for its deep color and durability sure to produce a quality, green lawn for all of Colorado's unique weather systems. We also introduced a range of native perennials and ornamental grasses to the area, not only to contribute seasonal colour and texture but to support local biodiversity throughout the year. Gorgeous flower beds bursting with color fill the gardens to assist with local pollinators whilst also enhancing the beauty of the property. Grading and drainage to prevent water pooling to ensure the landscaping last was one of the largest challenges of this due to the property being in a ravine. Nevertheless, our team is well-prepared for this challenge, using top-quality materials and modern methodologies, to help ensure a smooth flow from one section of the yard to another. We also designed a natural stone path that continues through the garden and brings guests to a small seating area. The space was outfitted with durable outdoor furniture, including a fire pit for relaxing and entertaining on those beautiful Colorado evenings. The result was a stunning vista that delighted our client. With the harmonious balance of greenery, with bursts of other hues and colourful florals, and beautiful small spaces, not only was the curb appeal of the house enhanced, but a small retreat from the world of the hustle-bustle was created for the family.
