Multi-Level Patio H2O-Matic Outdoor Creations Multi-level Patiotype: H2O-Matic Outdoor CreationsMock location: Charlotte + neighboring communities: Concord, Enochville, Harrisburg, Kannapolis, Landis It consisted of a large multi-level patio that flowed with the existing contours of the land. We used premium materials like natural stone pavers that improved aesthetics and will withstand the weather. With beautiful pattern work and highly textured surfaces, the design characteristically made room for beauty and moments for relaxation and entertainment. The primary consideration was the sloped terrain of the property, which would have to be balanced out by innovative engineering solutions to create a stable, aesthetically pleasing multi-tiered layout. We built retaining walls that answered the high and low shifts, and selected native plants that comprised a nice balance to soften the hardscape and offer additional environmental benefits. In the end, all you had was an outside retreat, with lines for eating, lounging, and planting, all linked by trendy rock actions and pathways. The clients were happy with the final result as it surpassed their expectations and made their yard an oasis for family gatherings and social events.
