New Construction MP by Bruno Design Associates We are proud to show you the 'New Construction Master Plan' in the innovative Chester landscape by Bruno Design Associates. This all-round excellent design makes the land become more appealing, multi-functional and environmentally friendly. The consists of a rich combination of native plant species that are specially selected to successfully adapt to the local climate and to enhance biodiversity. We strategically layered in a beautiful variety of perennials, ornamental grasses and durable shrubs to ensure color is present throughout the year. Natural stone walkways and seating spaces made of local materials further accentuate the home’s architecture by grounding it and providing a natural feel. The first one being grading the entire site as the Land survey was not going to sit within leave water track in sequence and become a tub, we had to be quite innovative with the grading and drainage to stop all development from creating a tub of water in the future leading to potentially devastating erosion. We employed a tiered garden design for our team adept at regulating water run-off and bringing diversity in planting zones. This not only served as landscaping that is functional, it gave stunning cascade of colourful plants. The end product is a stunning outdoor area that blends seamlessly with its surroundings, providing a space for relaxation and socialization alike. Our client was beyond pleased with the final product and complimented the attention to detail and workmanship that Bruno Design Associates prides itself on. The result is a master plan that has increased the value of the property while allowing the family to have a quiet escape to enjoy this space for decades.
