The Baronne Master Bathroom project, completed in Memphis, TN, transformed a once outdated space into a modern sanctuary of relaxation and functionality. With a focus on increasing both size and luxury, this renovation involved gutting the entire bathroom to create a fresh canvas. One of the standout features of the project is the enlarged shower, which now boasts exquisite Brizo Rook Series fixtures that include a hand-held shower mounted conveniently on a hook. The shower area is adorned with Manhattan Sky 13" x 13" tiles laid in a stylish brick pattern, complemented by a custom recess/niche and highlighted with a striking Cathedral Waterfall linear accent band tile. The shower floor is elegantly finished with Laticrete Sea Glass mosaic tiles, enhancing the overall aesthetic. The installation of a new under-mount Mirabelle 66" x 36" Sitka whirlpool/air tub serves as another focal point, paired with a sophisticated Brizo Rook Series tub filler featuring lever handles and a hand-held shower head, seamlessly blending luxury with practicality. Above the tub, a Cambria Kelvingrove Quartz countertop provides a stunning touch, extending over a shower corner seat and a double vanity, creating an inviting and cohesive design. In terms of lighting, the project utilized LED light/fans above the toilet and shower, while strategically placed 4" LED recess lights illuminate the double vanity and tub/shower area, ensuring a bright and airy feel. The electrical upgrades included new rocker style switches, specifically Lutron Maestro for the recess lights, and receptacles with screwless plates, enhancing the sleek, modern appeal. The flooring features a Ditra-Heat radiant heat system, providing comfort throughout the space, while Vitromex Manhattan Sky 20" x 20" tiles are laid on a diagonal pattern to create visual interest. With a final cost range between $50,001 and $75,000, this project not only exemplifies high-quality craftsmanship but also delivers a contemporary bathroom that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, providing an exquisite retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
