The Baronne Hall Bathroom project transformed an outdated space into a contemporary oasis, showcasing an impressive blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal. The renovation commenced with a complete gutting of the existing bathroom, allowing for a fresh start that emphasized modern design principles and high-quality materials. New 4" LED recessed lighting now illuminates the ceiling, complemented by an LED light/fan unit positioned strategically above the tub/shower area, ensuring optimal brightness and comfort. The addition of new Hinkley Meridian sconces flanking a beveled mirror enhances the overall ambiance, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. At the heart of the design, the Medallion Cabinetry in a painted Light French Grey finish introduces an elegant touch, featuring concealed hinges and undermount soft-close drawer hardware for seamless operation. The full overlay slab doors and drawers not only contribute to a sleek appearance but also maximize storage space, while the Top Knobs cabinet hardware adds a refined accent. A new Mirabelle porcelain undermount sink paired with a luxurious Black Pearl leathered granite countertop serves as a focal point, harmonizing beautifully with the Cathedral Waterfall linear accent backsplash tile, which is finished with Schluter edging for a polished look. The bathing area features a new ProFlo Fulsom tub surrounded by Anatolia Classic Calacatta 13" x 13" porcelain tile laid in a stylish brick pattern, accented by the same Cathedral Waterfall linear tile, creating a cohesive design that flows seamlessly throughout the space. Brizo Rook Series fixtures in stainless finish complement the contemporary style while ensuring functionality. The installation of Delta grab bars adds safety and convenience without compromising the aesthetic, and the frameless sliding glass door enhances the open feel of the tub/shower area. The flooring, finished with Anatolia Classic Calacatta 12" x 24" porcelain tile laid in a 1/3-2/3 pattern, completes the sophisticated design.
