Canyon Gate RemodelCHIP-N-DALE'S CUSTOM LANDSCAPING The Canyon Gate remodel is a pride of CHIP-N-DALE'S CUSTOM LANDSCAPING located centrally in Henderson. The scope for our team involved updating a tired outdoor space and translating it into an inviting landscape that matches the modern features of the Canyon Gate community. The started with a great design consult, we worked closely with the homeowners to define their vision. The end result was the seamless integration of native desert vegetation, tasteful hardscape, and usable patio spaces. Enter: drought-friendly species such as agave and desert marigold, which we vegetate our hue all year long, sustainably. The biggest challenge we had to tackle was that the lot was not flat. Using state-of-the-art grading methods, our team graded an even foundation to support a beautiful multi-level patio area. This patio was built with premium flagstone which is resistant to weather and has a natural beauty. A custom-built fire pit was also installed for evening gatherings, combined with a seating area conducive for relaxation and visual enjoyment of the surrounding landscape. We added a low-voltage LED lighting system to up the ambiance, lighting paths and highlighting beautiful elements of the garden. This kept it safe to walk on at night when the sun went down and also made it a welcoming place to entertain guests. The final product was nothing less than stunning. The Canyon Gate remodel is just another example of our quality and happy clients. They gave the new outdoor oasis two thumbs up, feeling it struck the right balance between beauty and usefulness."
