Gallery - GLDesigns GLDesigns is happy to present "Gallery," a landscaping expertly completed to turn a residential residence into a truly beautiful oasis in the heart of our service areas of Ambler, Blue Bell, and Wayne. This exemplifies our commitment to not only great quality, creativity, and client-focused designs, but also the unique needs of every client. The utilized an intentionally designed layout that integrated elements of hardscaping and softscaping. The materials used were top quality, including locally-sourced stone pavers for patios and walks - this both beautified the area and helped ensure durability. A natural stone firepit was built custom for the outdoor space and served as a centerpiece for gathering and relaxing in comfort. One of the significant challenges faced was a variety of slopes across the site that required detailed grading and drainage measures. Our skilled team contributed to the design of an intensive drainage system to eliminate any potential pooling, while making sure the landscape remains functional and visually attractive for years to come. Additionally, native plants which thrive in the local climate and require lower maintenance were now prevalent, another testament to our commitment to creating sustainable landscapes. The result was an eye-catching landscape with colorfully-flowered beds, a lush green backdrop, and nested curves in the walks that promote relaxing and connecting with nature. The happy clients were thrilled with the outcome and said they now use the outdoor area every day of the week, and the finished was a plus for home value.
