With a generous footprint of 3,200 square feet, this residence draws its inspiration from the tranquil and understated architectural styles of the Low Country of South Carolina. The design seamlessly integrates the natural beauty of its surroundings while adhering to the twenty-eight-foot height limit mandated by Dekalb County's Overlay District near the Briarcliff corrid. As you approach the home, you are greeted by a façade that reflects a harmonious blend of traditional elements and modern sensibilities. The use of natural materials, such as weathered wood and local stone, enhances the residence's connection to its environment. Large windows and open spaces invite natural light to flood the interiors, creating an airy ambiance that embodies relaxed lakeside living.
