This estate is located in Marlton, NJ and is our definition of quality and craftsmanship. The was kickstarted when we garnered a desire from our clients for an outdoor area that complemented their living space and was in sync with their luxurious home. We layered a bespoke native plant garden with plants that flourish within the local climate to promote sustainability and low effort. These flowering perennials, ornamental grasses, and evergreen shrubs offer more than beauty, they were carefully selected for seasonal interest, making this an ever-changing space. A highlight of the estate is the stone terrace from locally sourced bluestone. The durable but luxurious material makes it an ideal space for family and friends, finished with a built-in fire pit allowing everyone to unwind in the evening. Built around the patio, is a custom water feature that has a waterfall that brings the sound of nature to the outdoor environment and brings the local wildlife. We had obstacles to overcome, from the terrain not being even to flood drainage problems that would jeopardise the integrity of the design or plant. We proposed creative grading solutions and designed a drainage system to route rain water away from key areas to protect this investment and extend life of the landscape. The end result is an intoxicating estate custom-built for the discerning tastes of the homeowners and an extension of nature's sanctuary outdoors. From material selection to plant placement, Aesthetically, Astech has a new appealing story with every step. They were absolutely delighted with the portfolio and thankful to BEECHWOOD for going above and beyond and we are so happy to have created their new dream space!
