Our team designed and built a multi-tiered waterfall that flows into a meticulously crafted pond made from natural stone, sourced from local rock quarries. The selected slate and granite are an amazing material option because it is aesthetically pleasing, durable, and will stand the test of time against all elements. One of the biggest challenges with this design was planning for the use of the existing terrain, which had a hard sloped grade, and constructing a beautifully designed flowing water feature that would enhance the landscape of the existing property. The skilled landscapers on our team developed and implemented great techniques to improve the natural grade of the land and ensure a clean and natural flow of water, which makes the feature blends seamlessly within the other plants in the existing landscape. To help maintain clear water in the pond, we used an efficient filtration system and some native aquatic plants to create beautiful biodiversity in the landscape for local birds and wildlife.
