Custom Water Feature - Anacortes, WA Waterfall Pond Supply is excited to showcase our latest landscaping the Custom Water Feature in Anacortes, WA. This is a beautiful combination of art and nature to bring a bit of paradise to our client's landscape. This features an incredible waterfall from natural stone falling into a gorgeous pond, which is surrounded by native plants and natural stone boulders arranged in terroir. We used high-end basalt stone and locally sourced granite to build our waterfall, which maintains visual credence and harmony with the Pacific Northwest. The pond is also equipped with an advanced filtration system to maintain clarity of the water to support aquatic life, while minimizing maintenance required to keep it crystal clean. One of our challenges was poker facing to seamlessly integrate the water feature to the existing garden layout, which required considerable planning and placement. We worked closely back and forth with our client to full understand there vision, and we gradually collaborated to create our outline to make not only an aesthetic designation, but also helpful to the functional scheme of things. In the end, our client received a gorgeous water feature for their yard, giving them a tranquil feeling, bringing in wildlife, and allowing them to have a space that could be considered peaceful and soothing. The flowing sound of water was an enjoyable feature that added to the property's calming feeling for resting or entertaining guests.
