Al Fresca by New Vista Enterprises The Al Fresca in Beachwood showcases the passion and professionalism New Vista Enterprises pours into every landscape . This lush outdoor spaces was envisioned to blend into nature, adding another level of serenity to the homeowner experience. The started with a detailed layout that included abundant plantings, colorful flower beds, and usable hardscape. We used only the very best materials, local stones for the patio and walkways that can withstand changes in climate, and blend beautifully with prevailing nature. We use native plants for beauty, sustainability, local pollinator attraction, and ecological value. The most problematic component of this property was its slope. We overcame this by using tiered garden beds, which were visually interesting but were also well drained and easier to access for maintenance. They added a custom-built pergola, which created a shaded retreat for outdoor dining, and installed low-voltage landscape light fixtures which helped to illuminate pathways and presented the beauty of the garden within the dusk. The overall outcome of the Al Fresca is an elegant yet practical landscape for the final result. Excited, though, homeowners sliced new outdoor living space that offers a place to gather where leisure meets nature.
