This is located in the beautiful area of Lakeway, Texas, and consists of a beautiful custom-built pergola that is the centerpiece of the client's backyard oasis. Built from high-quality cedar wood, which has a natural ability to withstand the elements (along with its longevity as a wood), the pergola was designed to provide sunshade and elegance to the space. The top of the pergola is an open lattice roof that filters sunlight through the weaving of cedar. Indoors or outdoors, nothing brings peace and calm to a space like filtering sunlight. In addition, we incorporated beautifully manicured flower beds with native plants, which not only added beauty to the property but also served to enhance biodiversity. One unique feature of this job was that the property was sloped, even at the front of the house. Our foreman expertly leveled the area to give a stable footing for the pergola, while also designing tiered landscaping that blended seamlessly and integrated deeply with the slope of the property. This was not only a fantastic way to maximize the usable space, but also added depth to the garden visually. The outcome was a functional and aesthetic experience that has delighted our clients. They are able to use this outdoor space year-round, hosting family gathering or soaking in the beauty of the outdoors in peace every evening.
