Completed Lawns and Turfs by Turf Exchange Turf Exchange presents the Completed Lawns and Turfs , an exciting remodel that highlights our standard for aesthetics and quality, from San Diego to Santa Barbara. We service a wide range of clients from Camarillo to Santa Barbara for our more recent , the remodel of residential lawns in the busy community of Thousand Oaks. The involved the laying of new sod within the lawns. Our sod was hand-picked based on drought tolerance and lush look, so you can always count on a vibrant green space year-round. Our installation team prepared the soil for proper drainage and additional nutrients, integrating organic compost within the soil to assist with retaining nutrients, moisture to support healthy root development. During the installation process, uneven gradients and poor drainage were addressed with grading and an irrigation system. In addition to the lawns, we also created decorative elements including natural stone pathways and placement of native plants within the existing landscape to support biodiversity. Every stone was hand-picked based on uniqueness, all while maintaining a connection to the beauty of the turf and the other natural landscapes. The end result was stunning. The clients were amazed and excited to have a new outdoor space which greatly improves the aesthetic of the property while providing an easy upkeep green space. Not only does this showcase our standard of craftsmanship, but it aligns with our understanding of the environmentally unique climates from Agoura Hills to Encino.
