The clients, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, fell in love with Northern Michigan during a vacation and were inspired to create a personal haven that would also accommodate their passion for gardening, leading them to purchase an additional lot adjacent to their home. The design features a spacious great room and kitchen, seamlessly integrating open spaces that foster a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main level is thoughtfully designed to include a master bedroom and laundry facilities, ensuring convenience and accessibility for the homeowners. This level also hosts two guest bedrooms, providing ample space for family and friends to share in the serene experience. The lower level is an extension of this comfort, featuring a large living area and additional laundry space, with a walk-out design that connects directly to the outdoor living spaces.
