The newest infusion of our work is 'MINI-MODS by MODFOUNTAIN,' and it speaks to our philosophy of delivering quality craftsmanship and innovative design to clients all across the United States. The 'MINI-MODS' included designing and building a series of modular landscaping units to fit anywhere from small residential backyards to larger commercial properties. Each unit was carefully handcrafted using sustainably sourced materials such as natural stone, quality hardwoods, and sustainable composites. We also employed the use of drought resistant, and native plants materials to promote low maintenance and bright color while being consistent with our client's native local bio-region. Some of the challenges we faced involved the mixture of varying complicated terrain and climate conditions where we would be installing our built s. Our design team expertly responded to the varied terrain and site specific climate conditions during the build, to ensure the aesthetic quality and long visualization scope of Modfountain work appealed to each unique setting. At the conclusion of the 'MINI-MODS' work, our final overall results showed a nice blend of ingenuity and beauty. Each of the modular floor units included built in water usage efficient irrigation systems, and ambient lighting, along with seating areas in plumber spaces designed equally for seating and relaxation, or hosting while enjoying the outdoor space with family and friends. Our clients were pleased with our ability to mix contemporary design crests into our built work while enabling the natural habitat surrounding the site and our built work to establish a seamless visual context and experience while using their outdoor space for different activities.
